Add Comment A former Planned Parenthood Director from southeast Texas is scheduled to speak next month in Stark County. Abby Johnson made national news when she resigned from her job at Planned Parenthood last fall. It was after watching an abortion on an ultrasound monitor that she was shocked with the truth about abortion. “I would say there was a definite conversion in my heart…a spiritual conversion” Johnson told Fox News. Johnson has been very proactive over the past six months speaking to people about her experiences at Planned Parenthood. She is also involved in the Coalition for Life, a pro-life group that prays outside the abortion clinic that Johnson used to work for. Right to Life of Stark County will be holding a Celebrate Life Dinner, with Johnson as the keynote speaker, on Friday, May 14th at 7PM in Massillon, Ohio.
