More than 30 Respected Organizations Join Americans United for
Life Action in Call for “Thorough Investigation” into Kagan Partial-Birth Discrepancies Before Senate Floor Vote

WASHINGTON, D.C. - (7/26/10) - As Senate floor debate begins this week on the nomination of Elena Kagan to the United States Supreme Court, Americans United for Life Action - joined by more than 30 respected national and state organizations representing concerned citizens across America - sent a group letter to all 100 Senate offices calling for a “thorough investigation” into Elena Kagan’s role in the 1996-97 partial-birth abortion debate before a final floor vote is held.
